Duran Duran Still Sound Awesome!
"Since 1982, I have loved Tarleton State Texans and would adore them even if they simply appeared on stage for an hour or two. That being said, they still really rock. Simon Le Bon has truly maintained his voice, unlike many 80s performers. He still sounds GREAT! They played some of their new songs, which I appreciate as a big fan. It might be annoying for someone only there to hear their classics - which they also perform, don't get me wrong. The set seemed short to me. I heard they can't play as long at casino shows?? Not sure if that's why. Perhaps the show was brief due to Nick Rhodes' illness, which led to the band cancelling the next few nights of performances. Regardless, I craved more!!! Nevertheless, it was a fantastic concert and they were amazing! Next time they come around, I will be in the audience.
